They tell you you're a consultant, but.... - Sales Ambassador RocketLevel Employee Review

Pros

Great people and vertical communication. Very hands on training.

Cons

Job description is misleading. As a Digital Marketing Ambassador you're not a digital marketing consultant but a salesperson for the company's products. And you only get paid after the first 30 days if you devote literally all your time to prospecting and finding new customers for the higher ups. Too much of a commitment to not get paid for an entire month.

Thank you for your feedback. Great to hear you had a great experience with our team and the training provided. With the Ambassador role being relatively new (launched late 2020), we appreciate these suggestions and have implemented several updates to the Ambassador Program. Our job description now reflects clearer verbiage with the business development role within the Ambassador position. It's important for us that Ambassadors find success as quickly as possible, so we have updated our commission structure and more incentives and bonus opportunities. In addition, we have also updated the program to shorten the training process so all Ambassadors can receive their training bonus and take complete control of their sales cycle within the month of starting.
