Pros

- the friends are great, since most of them are young, high energy, positivity, and naive - you can learn A LOT, good if you want to learn 2 months of work in just 2 weeks - comfy work space, facilitations are Ok - CEO will treat you nice *if you’re among his favorites*

Cons

- Pay gap REAL. you either underpaid or above average (IF you can lick the higher management— CEO, leaders) - No work life balance and no respect for your personal life at all. Be ready to stay at the office untill 11/12 at night every ‘twin date’ to ‘reach sales’ eventhough its outside of your jobdesk (unpaid overtime btw, they will sugarcoat it with food and desserts that are only ‘content-able’) - also, no such thing as jobdesk. You’ll do everything there - be ready with CEO invading your personal space, be it checking your phone, or making rules around your personal things - No clear boundaries and work system change every week. You can be move to different divisions without your approval too btw. - Legal or illegal, everything is legal as long as the CEO say so. - If you see how cheerfull their IG contents are, they appear so to hide the rigidness obviously. Also, see how the company kept hiring? thats how high the turn over is.

Pros

- high salary, the bonus at that time was huge - good people, good team work

Cons

- like and dislike is real, no matter how hard your contribution is, if the CEO didn’t like you, you’ll be dismissed - theres one condition, where there new KPI in social media team, we need to create 3 long video and 21 content a week, with high expectation, FYP with minimum 1M views/video, if you are under, then you are not perfom, so we did everything we have, use our personal story, and make controversial content just to achieve the target, and once we burn out, we discuss with the CEO to adjust the KPI, then the CEO not satisfied, and layoff all of the social media team, the rasis one is: only 2 people stay, and both of them are chindo, and the rest is not chindo - the sad part, my contract ends in 2 months yet I need to leave the company by tomorrow, without pay the remaining salary
