Salary to start is not terrible, benefits are fair compared to other companies.
Cons
Management across the board is terrible. They need to learn a few things about how to manage. Yelling at employees on the floor in front of all employees, cursing, no training at all. They provide a 40 page booklet with steps with no understanding of what your doing. And when you ask a question- extremely unapproachable. Extremely high turn over. Had an exit interview with HR and stated concerns hoping I can save the other new employees and nothing has been done. I have kept in touch with a few people I made friends with. Run far, far away from this company. They do NOT Care about their employees at all!! Oh and you stay late everyday because there is always an issue with no help or guidance, and you don't get paid for overtime!!!
