In line with what has already been stated by other current and former employees, I am sad to say the claims about R+F being a toxic work environment are 100% accurate. Those who go to HR end up facing retaliation - period. In addition to rampant favoritism and nepotism, there are also pockets of subtle but clear cut prejudice among certain employees and management against those who openly identify as LGBTQ. Workplace bullying is the norm in the corporate offices. It's not only encouraged - it's cerebrated. If the Doctors could somehow become invisible yet present observers of how the rank and file are treated on a daily basis, they would be appalled and take action against those who should have been accountable a long time ago.
