Cons
Employees with more experience are constantly pulling the rug out from under their teammates. For the technical manager, only the contract and his relationship with the CEO are important! No one listens to your ideas and your technical background is not important to anyone! If you are living in Amsterdam, they force you come to the office entire the week and work on-site! hybrid model and work life balance is a joke at Rodeo!!!!
