The people were great to work for and with. Exciting work.

People are old. Some problem with social network out of work.

If you like working 55 hour work weeks instead of working for 40 at a fair wage like other companies offer for hard work and skills learned or acquired over time and education...then this is a great company.

Most technicians have no certifications / have only two years or less experience and leave after they find out no raises are possible / the one or two loyal employees that have stayed for 15 12-15 years have had only two raises in that time / no cost of living pay increases ever...similar companies offer $24 per hour to start doing the same work...$17 is max pay here? Lack of tools / not allowed to bring in your own tools - due to 5S system - but never supplied any tools to technician? This is the case for over 11 months now...
