Thank you for your feedback and for recognizing our commitment to our driving teammates (specifically around keeping them productive & getting them home time on-time – those are important components of Driver Success). With regards to pay, Roehl’s Dynamic Pay Plans are based on the length of haul and use address-to-address practical route mileage. Roehl drivers earn more per mile for shorter length loads and, the average for Roehl drivers with at least one year on the job is more than $70,000 (with the top 50% averaging $1,540 a week). For what it’s worth, we have space in our trucks for refrigerators, microwaves and TVs, and what a driver puts in there is their choice (like it is at many other companies). The note about 65 mph trucks is also a good callout because Roehl’s cornerstone value is Safety.
