great work/life balance, people are really nice and friendly supported me and taught me a lot. you will learn how to coordinate with architects, redlining and doing drafting and modeling, it is a production and not a designer firm. you can learn skills that will help you in this career.

benefits and pay are on low side compared to other firms in architecture field. surveys can be fun but tiring. parking and driving there to work can be tedious, not your normal Texas parking to building vibe.
