      Pros

      - Fair salary (at least in Lviv area) - English lessons (company covers 50% of the month price) - Little bureaucracy - Good atmosphere and culture - No overtime (unless agreed beforehand and payed at least 2x) - Good location of the office - Coffee, cookies, fruits, table tennis, playstation, beer etc

      Cons

      - Work-life balance could be better - Office is noisy (at least was in pre-corona time)
