Pros

Easy going people at the studio who will help you with any issue. Based in Hong Kong.

Cons

Unrealistic Deadlines. Long working hours .Expect to work 10 hours a day , and have to show up to work on most Saturdays as well . Way below industry average pay. Poor Studio facilities, no internet etc Lack of Space , half of the studio is warehouse where you will be constantly bombarded by unwanted noise from the workers. Delay in Salary. Director/Owner who doesn't know animation, give confusing feedback , and blames artist and bully them when deadline is extended . High turnover rate, every month some artist leave , causing low morale and disruption in workflow and teamwork.

Pros

NOTHING apart from the only pros are the kind/talented artists working there.

Cons

Everything from the contract, salary, work hours, and holidays to the worst supervisor/boss who has absolutely no respect for you is terrible. The unrealistic deadlines and pressure they put on you to force everyone to work until 10-11 pm. You will work from Monday to Saturday, with work hours from 9 am to 8 pm (usually ending up doing 2-3 hours of overtime), meaning you finish around 11 pm. The salary is awful, and considering how expensive rent is in HK, this is not worth it. He is taking advantage of recent graduates , offering them the lowest wage possible. Even if this is your first job, the state of the movie is nowhere near completion. Therefore, you won't be able to use anything in your portfolio. Additionally, this is not the first experience in the animation industry you are looking for. You will not learn anything but disrespect. PLEASE stay away from this company, consult with artists who worked there in the past on LinkedIn and you will know what it's like.
