Pros

Incredible mission and your efforts combine to provide a service that makes a difference to thousands of lives, daily. Company is 100% employee owned, allows us to navigate important decisions and business challenges without a pollution of influence from distant investors that lack crucial understanding of subject matter. All of executive leadership and management advocates for the experience of callers and employees over profits.

Cons

More so in years past, but nonetheless there are challenges to being a true 24/7 operation. The roles within the position that require frequent interface with healthcare providers can be challenging as business acumen is hit or miss. Specific to sales, selling an admissions/intake support service still isn't as appealing to the market as marketing has been, and though that's improving, the reality is still that selling is not transactional and takes a challenger to be successful.

Pros

Rollover Rep is a high standard organization. They don't just "answer phones", they provide a vital service for behavioral health and treatment centers. The training is solid, the team is supportive, and leadership is approachable.

Cons

The work can be emotionally heavy at times, so you need to have a strong sense of empathy and resilience.

Pros

Remote work is a pro in itself! For an ever-growing company, it’s been a wonderful place to grow and learn so many things along the way. I love how impactful yet entry-level the calls can be. It helps the day flow smoothly while still allowing you to feel like you’re truly making a difference. The training material is endless (in the best way), making this a great company to establish yourself while building new skills and gaining valuable experience. The benefits are also very generous, which isn’t always the case with remote companies. Rollover Rep has figured this out and makes an effort to take care of each and every employee in meaningful ways.

Cons

I wish I could be closer to my coworkers; remote work can be a challenge.
