What’s more troubling is that this person enjoy creating office politic, spread rumours, often complains about teammates directly to the director, fostering a toxic and divisive atmosphere across the department. The promotion has not only baffled many but has also sent the message that favouritism outweighs performance, collaboration, or professionalism.
