      Friendly employees, everyone is doing their best

      Cons

      They are looking to expropriate people's efforts, no cohesion within the company, and no remuneration under a 'training scheme', long shifts, hypocritic management, and not many career opportunities

      You get paid wages and you have breaks

      Cons

      Lack of transparency around pay progression and performance expectations. Felt disposable rather than valued as an employee. Would not recommend if you’re looking for long-term growth or fair progression.
