      Amazing country and experience to reach abroad and you don’t need a teaching degree

      Cons

      Low pay, work weekends , lack of support for foreign staff , there used to be an American manager in corporate who helped us all and it was so much smoother to get anything you needed

      Wonderful structure guides for lessons, good class options that you can swap dependent on season, lots of kids

      Cons

      Not for people who don’t have a vested interest in childhood development, not for people who aren’t team players
