Pros
Casual working environment, you're all dressed in the same drip-color t-shirt. Not hard to take time off, but co-workers won't be happy. Not a lot to do in the downtime, so you can slack off when it's not rush hour.
Cons
You are screaming and running around for however many classes you take. If you don't like kids this isn't the place to be. Kids cry, make messes, and generally are trying to get themselves mortally wounded, no matter how much padding is on the walls and floor, and you have to control and keep the peace throughout the lesson.
