Pros
Almost everything in the company, except for marketing, leaves much to be desired
Cons
Internal processes are built on outdated “Soviet-style” principles, which seriously slow down development and efficiency. Management is convinced of their own competence in all areas, while in reality their level of professionalism is extremely low.
The working atmosphere is dominated by constant pressure on employees, a lack of trust, and no respect. Instead of proper management, there is arbitrary and authoritarian behavior: leadership tries to control every little detail, even in processes they clearly don’t understand. This results in chaos, inefficiency, and a demotivated team.
On top of that, there is a noticeable lack of integrity towards both employees and clients. Relationships are not built on honesty or partnership, but on manipulation and disregard. Overall, it creates the impression that the company exists not to grow and achieve results, but rather to serve the personal ambitions of its leadership.
