Pros

- Highly capable, highly committed, highly supportive coworkers - Actual opportunities for junior members to learn new skills, grow, and move up the ladder - Experimentation is encouraged - Dynamic, squad-based work structure centered around initiatives with immediate positive impact - Genuine customer-centered focus on community

Cons

- Rapidly-evolving priorities can be hard to keep pace with. Work from one week can easily be obsolete by the next. - Spikes in the scale and and scope of projects can quickly contribute to burnout. - Underdeveloped internal resources and platforming - Squad based work can easily spawn divergent projects and collisions if everyone isn't careful.
