I am only 2 weeks hired here. The training, benefits and extras are unheard of for a roofing company. Car, phone, laptop, shirts, AMEX! The Salespeople/Estimators make crazy money here. The sky is the limit on pay, as long as you market and network, you'll be a rock star! Roofcrafters Roofing invests in its employees. I am so impressed with the professionalism and organization here, especially for a roofing company, in today's market. This is not a "fly by night" roofing company. They are here for the long haul. Integrity is amazing here!
