Mission driven organization with very smart and passionate people. Multicultural, impact focused and fun to be working at. It gives you room to create, develop and improve systems and processes.
Cons
Extremely fast pace environment. Not that is bad, it is just that we need to slow down to reflect and improve, and for Root Capital is hard to slow down.
