      Nothing positive to say about my experience

      Cons

      They attempt to be a progressive/modern insurance company but are like others. I should have known from their interview process. You get a sense of the culture early on even when being recruited

      Pros

      Has been the best employee I've had throughout my career, and by far the best insurance company. They are transparent, they care about employees, and if you do your job there are opportunities for growth all over the place.

      Can't think of a negative thing to say so far
