      Competitive pay, benefits, medical leave Actually believes in providing leave for parents, both paternal and maternal Plenty of room for advancement Takes employee suggestions for improving processes and actually applies them Actually takes the pandemic seriously, and supports employees while WFH

      Constant changes to processes, teams, and management (although this is due to frequent promotions)

      Remote tech company It was cool to have monthly meetings with the CEO . They kept you in the loop of what was going on

      Cons

      My manager was horrible . Instead of development and truly helping the team we felt as if he was just against us Pay was lower and work load was higher
