      Good people, good benefits, company seems to listen to employees and implement changes

      Cons

      Newer company so some departments are a little behind on having good/rigid guidelines and procedures. Things changed regularly that were not for the benefit of the front line employee

      Pros

      Remote tech company It was cool to have monthly meetings with the CEO . They kept you in the loop of what was going on

      Cons

      My manager was horrible . Instead of development and truly helping the team we felt as if he was just against us Pay was lower and work load was higher
