      Pros

      Employees seem way happier than my previous employer, lots of resources, it takes getting used to new processes but overall a good experience until now.

      Cons

      The hardware sent to me initially (monitor) was in bad shape and did not work, requested a replacement and it was also in bad shape. 2 new monitors were sent instead.

      Pros

      Remote tech company It was cool to have monthly meetings with the CEO . They kept you in the loop of what was going on

      Cons

      My manager was horrible . Instead of development and truly helping the team we felt as if he was just against us Pay was lower and work load was higher
