Pros
I believe there are many pros to working at Root3, but here are a few of my favorites: -I truly enjoy working with my whole team. -There are many experts on the Root3 team who enjoy sharing their knowledge and expertise which helps me learn and expand my knowledge. -Direct access to the CEO and VPs. This isn't something that happens at many companies but happens every day at Root3. -A diverse amount of clients where you can learn a lot about different industries. -A growing company that moves quickly and, for the right people, would be really exciting to be a part of the growth.
Cons
I don't have many cons, but the ones that I do have: -The workload can be challenging at times, but management knows this and works with the team to help manage and prioritize. -At times we hire too quickly and don't hire the right fit which can cause some issues down the line when it comes to employee turnover and how we grow as a company.
