To those impacted by a layoff in 2023, ROOT3 provided a compensation package, resume support, business introductions, interview coaching, and referrals to make the transition as seamless as possible. All business and staffing decisions are objective, based on performance and merit, to ensure fairness for everyone. HR is not managed by a single person at R3. Human resource functions are executed by specialists in payroll, policy, finance, insurance, and benefits; and outsourced experts are readily available to every team member.
