Pros
Industrial exposure. Contact establishment. Technical knowledge. Can't think of any more pros. Had a really tough time there.
Cons
Manager wants you to be in the field every time, Knocking every customer doors day to day,which is clearly not possible. Upper management with the state branches needs to be reshuffled. They should come up with people having good managerial skills as well as Leadership qualities. Low pay scale. Lack of professionalism.
