Family like atmosphere my co workers were a joy to be around. Lots of potlucks great Christmas and Halloween parties. Gift cards for your birthday and other free gifts just for being a productive employee.

Short breaks. Lunches were 30 minutes with no other breaks. We weren't micro managed and could go to the bathroom as we please but a 10 or 15 minute break would have been nice.
