You get to meet a lot of people and get to know other organizations. Working with survivors is challenging yet rewarding.
Cons
Toxic and disorganized management. Poor communication. Staff are not treated well or paid well. This organization is supposed to focus on supporting survivors - not pushing out the dedicated advocates that work there.
