-No overtime pay for full-time, exempt employees. Yet, when going for doctor/dentist/personal appointments for a couple hours, those hours were docked from PTO. -Management and supervising controllers do not have conflict resolution skills. Instead of gathering facts and hearing from all parties, they scolded the person with the lowest title.
