      Pros

      The benefits are great. 3 weeks of vacation starting at your second year. Everyone is generally nice to work with.

      Cons

      There isn't any place to shower for the maintenance workers after work if needed. Only amenity is a Foosball table.

      Great atmosphere, peers who are always willing to assist, opportunities for advancement within the US as well as worldwide.

      Cons

      The Columbus office is small but growing, there is occasional downtime.
