Pros
Rosen was a great company when it was privately owned, after it sold in 2023 New management came in and changed everything around for the worse making a dozen of employees leave in the NDIA department.
Cons
The company is great, but the NDIA department wich is tank side, lack management, after the company sold the 2 managers in charge of the the tank division lack knowledge and treat employees with no respect, they say they match industry standards on pay but they really don't giving employees no guaranteed hours ever since the company changed from salary to hourly.
