Such a wonderful and close knit company to work for. I thoroughly enjoyed every day that I worked there. I only left because we moved out of state.

I have no cons to report.

Ross Group is a good, small company to work for. They are growing their business in remote database support services and will likely be a success at it. The owners and managers are good people that work hard to balance the work-life environment especially considering the ever changing technologies that require continual education and training in new technologies and products.

As a small company it may lack some of the perks of the large companies.
