- Discount - Quarterly double discounts

Cons

- Schedule changes daily - Expected to work when sick - Demanded/schedules changed to work on your days off - No respect from management - Benefits after 90 days (not good benefits either) - Rude and disrespectful upper management - Management does not promote correctly (does not post job listing; just gives it to their favorite person) - Management does not give raises to everyone - Management schedules based on favorites in store - Management does not treat people like humans, especially ones with disabilities

Pros

Even though this is with my store specifically I got really lucky with my coworkers. Every season change there is 40% off for about a week other than that is 20%. They also have scholarship opportunities.

Cons

It’s a really physical job, sometimes it’s so busy that you can’t even take a break especially during Christmas season, you WILL debate working there during that time. The store hours are horrible and since most of the time were understaffed we won’t leave until almost midnight just cleaning up.
