Cons
Takes several weeks/months for a software request. If PTO is taken prior to when it's "earned", pay check is reduced by allotted hours. This should be fixed. Employees should be able to take vacation days at any time without first having to have the hours "earned" in PeopleSoft. There isn't an employee registry or org chart to understand the different departments and employees of that department. This would be a great tool to invest in. No instant messenger or collaboration software for screen sharing.
