Ok company - Security Officer Rossi Security Employee Review

It’s an easy job and not too complicated, great for first time experience within security industry.

-Worst management team in Mayfair - lack communication skills - unprofessional -they prioritise certain individuals over others -the contract is bad (they leverage the current jobs market - they thrive on desperate people) - very bipolar, they like you one minute and the other they don’t (be careful!) -work life balance is horrible, they want you to do full time & weekends. When you decline a shift you would get on their bad side (be careful!!)

They are very flexible and can give you a shift that fits around your schedule

Very customer focused, sometimes you're required to do stuff that isn't your job just to stay in the same place.
