      Not many, I honestly can't think of one good reason to work there.

      Cons

      Far too many to list, it's simply an awful place to work, best avoid to be honest. Very high turnover of staff which probably says it all....

      Great customer base. On the job training. Teams are easy to form and get projects done.

      High turnover rate. Bad historical file keeping. Quality department is not focused.

      - Varity of different parts and customer, never boring - Large company with small feel. Able to get involved with many facets of the company - Team Atmosphere - Good work life balance.

      - Tight tolerances and strict requirements from customers - Tight timelines and fast pace
