I worked with the sales team for over 5 years and believe I had autonomy to build and create process and a strategy to help the company succeed. I was backed on my people strategy and had a collaborative relationship with the founders. The leadership team care about what they’re trying to achieve and aren’t shying away from new challenges. There was always a good sense of optimism amongst leadership. Remote nature of the role allows great work life balance and trust is paid forward to employees. Events are well attended showing high engagement - these are usually well thought out and organised in advance (and have been very enjoyable). Open office space ideally located in the city of York 10 mins walk from the station. Emphasis on developing people with regular PDP conversations and investment in courses and accreditations - investment in leadership team also through an L&D strategy Great people team, always gave time to individuals and rolling out several people initiatives during my time. Great to have ambitious founders Great benefits package for all employees Genuinely sone really talented people and always a warm welcome when working from the office. (Sometimes dogs too if you’re lucky)

Difficult market Customers needs can be niche and outside of product scope Can be slow when changing strategy or adopting new ways of working One or two bad apples (quite typical at 70+ team size)
