Lack of training plan for employees

Exposure to large-scale offshore wind substation projects. Multidisciplinary work environment with scope for professional growth. Leadership gives room for independent execution. Flexible team structure and high ownership culture.

Fast-paced and sometimes reactive project timelines. Needs improvement in internal coordination between departments.There are improvement needed in internal process.
