Corporate really needs to take a real close look and dig into to senior management and what they do all day? We are all held accountable for sales and growing business, but if you dont meet your weekly numbers you hear about it from Senior Management, yet Senior Management has NO activity or sales documentation. "They" I'm sure are very well compensated, therefore I would think they would feel more accountable to carry their own weight and pay for themselves!
