Cons
There are several confirmed witnesses that the CEO that is being mentioned throughout all of these reviews, is urging employees to stack these reviews with high ratings because of how poor it is to work for this company. The leadership here is as toxic as it gets. You are constantly under threat of being fired every single week and if you are not in your car from 8 AM to 5 PM, every single day, your vacation time will be taken from you.
The people that have been fired due to poor performance is directly related to poor leadership as most people quietly quit while finding new opportunities.
At the start of 2025, there were nearly 20 sales people throughout the US. Reports are that in mid February, they only have five remaining sales people that have either been let go due to incredibly poor leadership and support, or nearly impossible bonus quotas across five product categories and over 10,000 different products. You will not get commissions. You are guaranteed essentially a non-recoverable draw but the overall salary compensation is far below market value for a position like this at a building materials company.
If you have a large client base in the building material space, you are going to make way less at a company like this than you would at any of their competitors in each of the product categories. The only way you can be successful at this company is to be able to sell fall protection/safety, fastening in connection systems, building envelope, tools/machines, and a mix of all of it in between. The volume of work that is expected of you is not worth the compensation.
