Pros
Great people to work with, very understanding and caring producers. The producers don't just demand things, they understand the processes involved so if you have a "rendering issue" they understand things can take longer. Producers/Management put the employees over the clients - in the sense that they do not stress us to our breaking point to get an impossible turnaround through. My favorite part of working at Rotor studios is that you are trusted to self-manage, meaning if you get bored of working on one project and you think you are on top of things, all you need to do is ask the producer if you can work on something else for 2 days or so to change things around. If you are sick of modelling you can jump on a lighting job - so long as you finish both by the due date.
Cons
Small company where sometimes things fall on one person for a month or two with very short milestones but that is generally depending on the client.
