Pros
Free pizza. Lots of free pizza if you're smart about it.
Cons
Good luck trying to get more than 20 hours a week here. Most definitely a job well suited to someone in high school or who doesn't need to actually support themselves. I've worked at three different locations and it is a franchise, so you're going to get different management and people everywhere you go. I've had one pretty good manager, one lazy manager, and one manager who was a stingy jerk and used to come out of his office just to yell at everyone in the kitchen in front of customers. Oh and after about the 1700th time that I had some entitled doofus ask my why the pizza costs so much I learned to just say "sorry, sir or ma'am, I don't set the prices" - it's like people don't realize this isn't Papa John's or Dominoes, at least it's fresh and the dough and sauce are made daily. Oh and if there's a party and you're closing, good luck scraping the cheese and crust that kids smashed into the carpet out. Because people take their screaming, running brats here so they can pay $20 for a cheese pizza.
