The product is on a downward spiral. Customers are always frustrated. Tons of customers looking for an out. Routeware is losing revenue like no one's business.
There is a new c -suite. No one interviewed. They all just brought their friends and gave eachother higher titles at Routeware.
The new leadership has brought clear biases, micro management, and bad behaviors that has been sending people running for the hills.
They are pushing out women and people of color, planning to add software that takes pictures of your screen every 30 minutes, and just overall, the opposite of what the company needed.
Unsure if the board knows what these guys are up to but this company is going under and I suggest you get off/not get on the ship.
Even if you desperately need a job, I promise you...this is not the place to go.
