Pros

Coworkers were knowledgeable and friendly

Cons

Pay was low. Management did little to help. Too much went into knowing the system and pay did not compensate the knowledge it took to learn the hardware.

Pros

Managers are very nice and so are the rest of the staff.

Cons

Basic hourly pay for customer service job but the job is very technical and requires expertise not worthy of the money.

Pros

During my time there I enjoyed my team and had my own office space.

Cons

Upper management wiped out a good portion of people and killed my team. Rising expectations with no tolerance even if the issues are within upper management. No raise or bonuses even after a year Current state of the company is a total failure , no one knows what they are doing. Zero direction or training. Most departments have zero clue how to work with each other instead they focus on credibility for themselves. Upper management works remotely while everyone else has to go in the office. Company politics are corrupted , you will be treated nicely when things are great. Inhumane practices when things hit the fan. Your ideas will be manipulated and stolen from you. No credit will be due. You will most definitely be cut without notice or remorse if you are not apart of the favorite club
