Decent equipment, 401k, vacation time. If you display competence you are ultimately left alone to do your job. My direct manager was a decent man to work for.

I personally was paid decent but I cut a good deal for myself. Everyone else that works there is making well below industry standard in whatever job they do, management is overtly political and Petty, raises also don't seem to exist.
