Pros

Benefits are good and most co-workers are helpful and accountable.

Cons

Over the last year, Executive Management shows loyalty to the shareholders, but not the employees. Morale is very low!

Pros

The people - hardworking, honest and like family. The vision of the company - groundbreaking and innovative The benefits - cruise benefits for employees & friends and family Work from home Fridays Week off in December for the holidays Little Cruisers onsite daycare

Cons

Little to no flexibility in work hours. They preach a work life balance but then send out weekly "clock in/clock out" reports to supervisors, making a big deal if you are not logging your 8 hours in the office, but then do not take into account the afterhours that are being put in at home, sometimes on vacation and while traveling for work.
