Pros
Very good department to work for - CVP Sales and Customer Service, got to deal with all sorts of customers and situations. Was glad to be promoted to Customer Service for the Sales Department. Liked the challange of the department and people.
Cons
I think that management is a little to strick. The supervisiors go over your personal metrics and if they are a little off from goal, they still advise you not to worry. The metrics have everything to do with you being kept or let go.
