Pros

Great travel benefits, working remote, some opportunities for growth, and decent pay compared to other call center jobs

Cons

We once had a year+ of mandatory overtime. Agents are spread incredibly thin with a high demand on the phone and expected to get work done off the as well even if there is no time to complete task. Any over time for US agents has been canceled indefinitely. Quality Assurance makes it almost impossible to feel as though you've done a good job, you're constantly picked apart and have to jump through crazy hoops on your calls.

Pros

The people - hardworking, honest and like family. The vision of the company - groundbreaking and innovative The benefits - cruise benefits for employees & friends and family Work from home Fridays Week off in December for the holidays Little Cruisers onsite daycare

Cons

Little to no flexibility in work hours. They preach a work life balance but then send out weekly "clock in/clock out" reports to supervisors, making a big deal if you are not logging your 8 hours in the office, but then do not take into account the afterhours that are being put in at home, sometimes on vacation and while traveling for work.
