Pros
Great Manager, had steady work. M-f full forty a week. Sales manager made everyone feel involved and appreciated.
Cons
No incentives. High stress and ever changing work. Click like work atmosphere with employees. Ownership is very out of touch with employees. Seems sexist towards men in general. Very pro women only type atmosphere Management is very political. Ran on a shoestring budget. CFO ran company and employees as if everyone was replaceable and had no meaning. Pay showed.
