Great colleagues but terrible management and toxic culture - Post Person With Driving Royal Mail Employee Review

Management are absolutely dire, clear promotion of bullying by Management with arcane punishments for minor mistakes. Depot Manager is useless, never delivered a letter or parcel in his life so is clueless about the real world, so ultimately makes stupid changes. He is also a sexist and treats female members of staff completely different to the male members of staff. All managers are bothered about are hitting targets so they get their bonuses, whilst the minions are treated with contempt. They are only "Managers" by positional definition, they have absolutely no leadership skills, and most are work shy when the situation gets difficult. Hardworking members of staff get put on, whilst work shy members of staff get away with murder. If you damage a vehicle then it is best to not tell management, just hide it away in the yard, once it's been used a few times they won't research past drivers, they are too lazy, never ever own up to van damage, punishment is arcane, with no compassion, your just treated like a pariah. Because of the poor management I wish I had never joined.
